Salma TEJPAR-DANG was born in Nairobi, Kenya. She has lived in Africa, Europe, Asia and Canada. She is now based in Kathmandu, Nepal. A member of AIIC since 1980, she graduated as Conference Interpreter from the University of Geneva in 1975. She also holds a Translation Degree from the same university. She has been working as a conference interpreter since 1975, and has been active as a consultant interpreter since 1983.
